Thy Kingdom Come

Thy Kingdom Come is a world-wide prayer movement that invites Christians around the world to pray for more people to come to know Jesus.
After the very first Ascension Day, when having risen from the dead on Easter Sunday Jesus returned to God in Heaven, the Disciples prayed while they waited for the companion Jesus had promised them - God's Holy Spirit (Pentecost).
Like the first Disciples, our reliance on the gift of the Holy Spirit is total – on our own we can do nothing.
Take a look at www.thykingdomcome.global
We pray that you will:
-
Deepen your own relationship with Jesus Christ
-
Pray for your friends and family to come to faith in Jesus
-
Pray for the empowerment of God's Holy Spirit in witnessing to others for Jesus.

Simeon Wood in Concert

East Durham Methodist Circuit presents international flautist Simeon Wood, exclusive on YouTube.
Simeon presents his successful online show which was conceived and
written to celebrate all that is good about life, to help motivate and
make a positive difference to people’s lives. A show packed with great
music, laughter and reflection.
Tracks such as Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah", ELO's "Mr Blue Sky",
"Riverdance" and the massive "Never Enough from "The Greatest Showman"
all feature.
In a glittering career, Simeon has played in some unusual places from
castles and caves to giant redwood forests. He’s also appeared on
Britain’s Got Talent, BBC's One Show and the Chris Evans Breakfast Show.
However, we are reasonably confident this will be the first time he’s
played in your lounge!
